Click on the button above to find ways to support the ministries of the Diocese of Little Rock through online giving. These include CASA, seminarian education, Catholic schools, Arkansas Catholic and One Church, our newest initiative to support a rural mission in our diocese that needs a leg up to become a thriving community.
We are called to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone and to work so that this Gospel permeates our world. Sharing the good news starts with each one of us right where we are. Each of us are called to dedicate ourselves to the building of God's kingdom. Because of the unselfish response of good followers of our Lord, we have a strong and growing diocese in Arkansas. The generosity of people in this diocese has helped us strive every day to be a church that is truly missionary. The Stewardship and Development Office promotes the practice of gratefully receiving God’s gifts, cultivating those gifts responsibly, sharing those gifts generously and returning them with increase to the Lord. CASA began in 1990 to provide critical funding for the pastoral, educational and social needs of the Diocese of Little Rock. Through the generosity of Arkansans, we have been able to help the poor, developing parishes and our Catholic schools to continue their ministries in promoting the teachings of Jesus. Donations have also helped to educate deacons, lay ministers and seminarians as well as make all ministries of the diocese a success. The Stewardship and Development Office oversees the special collections that are taken up in the Diocese of Little Rock each year to support those in need locally, nationally and internationally. Special collections for Arkansas Catholic and those on Ash Wednesday, Holy Thursday and Christmas provide for local needs. The rest are national collections, which were established by the U.S. bishops to support the Church’s works of social justice, evangelization and education, both domestically and around the globe. | Leer en español.
