Jubilee for Sick and Immigrants in Fort Smith

The Catholic Church worldwide is celebrating the Jubilee Year 2025 from Dec. 24, 2024 to Jan. 6, 2026. The theme is be "Pilgrims of Hope." The Jubilee for Sick and Immigrants events will be held at three jubilee churches in the Diocese of Little Rock, including Immaculate Conception Church in Fort Smith on July 18. Veneration of first-class relics will be before and after the 7 a.m. Mass.

These Masses highlight the lives and missionary work of St. Damien de Veuster and St. Marianne Cope. First-class relics of these saints will come to Arkansas for veneration. The faithful will have a chance to learn about their inspiring lives and ministry.

More Masses for the Jubilee for Sick and Immigrants will be celebrated in Little Rock July 19 at the Shrine of Divine Mercy in St. Edward Church and July 20 at the Cathedral of St. Andrew.
