I am the foster mother of a beloved 2 year old girl. It is my heart's desire to adopt this baby, and her biological mother wants her to remain in my home as well. However, CPS policy dictates that the child be placed with a blood relative. Please pray fervently that the Lord intercede in this case and give us favor with the judge, CPS and attorneys. We need a miracle! Thank you!
