Please pray for me. My name is Shashini, and I am a 26-year-old unemployed girl from Sri Lanka. I am suffering from schizophrenia and dysthymia. Although I take a lot of medication, I am not getting better. My family is also facing severe financial struggles. In addition, my brother has autism, schizophrenia and other mental health issues; his agitation creates a very stressful environment at home, which makes it hard for me to recover.
