The Diocese of Little Rock will host this year's Provincial Canon Law Workshop from 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4 to noon, Wednesday, Aug. 5 at St. John Catholic Center in Little Rock. An optional session will be held after lunch until 3 p.m. Aug. 5. Sister Tracey Sharp, SCRH, will speak on the topic "Canonical Interviewing: Balancing Truth and Human Dignity." The cost is $125 per person, which includes meals and workshop materials. Onsite accomodations are available for an additional fee. Participants may register from April 1 to July 17. Register online or download and mail the registration form to the address provided by the deadline. This event is sponsored by the Tribunal Office of the Diocese of Little Rock. This event offers continuing education for those who work or volunteer in a Catholic Church tribunal as canon lawyers, office staff or advocates. Priests are also encouraged to attend. It is open to participants from any diocese, but is sponsored by the tribunals of the Ecclesiastical Province of Oklahoma, which includes the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, Diocese of Tulsa and Diocese of Little Rock.
