Pre-Cana Day is an one-day retreat for couples who are engaged and wish to be married in the Catholic Church. Convalidation Day is a marriage education program is for couples who are married civilly (outside the Catholic Church) and wish to have a sacramental marriage within the Church. Couples considering marriage must have the approval of their pastor before attending. These programs are combined into one day for Spanish-speaking couples. At this event, couples are invited to spend time together reflecting on their relationship and future marriage. It is sponsored by the diocesan Family Life Office. Registration is required one week prior to the event.
