A Mass of thanksgiving will be celebrated at noon at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Little Rock marking the 25th anniversary of the ministry of the Missionary Carmelites of St. Teresa (CMST) and the Missionary Catechists of the Poor (MCP) in the Diocese of Little Rock.
