Responsible for leading sports and physical activities, promoting physical fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship, preparing lesson plans, assessing and evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining classroom behavior, collaborating with peers and professionals to enhance PE program and remaining current on educational trends and best practices; must have high school diploma or equivalent with college degree preferred, understanding of safety and injury prevention tools, ability to evaluate student behavior and experience with locomotor, nonlocomotory and manipulative concepts
