Responsible for developing, implementing and leading comprehensive youth ministry program for parish youth in grades 6 to 12, which includes recruiting catechists, small group leaders and core team members, and planning and implementing retreats, summer activities, Bible studies, service and social events; must be Catholic with college degree and/or have equivalent work experience, strong leadership skills, energetic and charismatic personality with passion for evangelization and discipleship, skills to manage and recruit volunteers and excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with youth and adults
