Responsible for maintaining grounds and buildings, moving and repairing equipment and furniture and transporting supplies, mail and recyclables; must have driver's license, clean driving record, ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, work in extreme temperatures and operate lawn equipment and power tools; HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience preferred
