MY NAME IS GAVONNA W., and I am a 26-year-old single mother of a just turned 10-month-old baby girl. I got taken advantage of by a 60-year-old man. He started off buying his way by constantly spending and giving me money. He persuaded me to move into a house where he became abusive to the point that I had to put an order of protection against him for me and my baby. He's a truck driver and now came into some money and hired a lawyer to draw up some type of emergency temporary custody papers. I don't understand how this can be right. He hasn't even taken a DNA test for my baby. I am very concern about my baby's health and whereabouts.I haven't seen my daughter since Dec. 20. I live in Marianna, but the incident happened in West Helena where the laws are not being informed at all. I am desperately seeking help in JESUS name I pray.
