Bishop Erik Pohlmeier of St. Augustine, Fla., will celebrate a special Mass to mark his 25th anniversary as a priest at the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Little Rock on Tuesday, July 25 at 5:30 p.m. followed by a reception in McDonald Hall. Because of the limited space, reservations are required by signing up in advance. For more information, call the church office at (501) 374-2794. A second Mass will be celebrated at his home parish, St. Joseph Church in Paris, on July 23. Bishop Pohlmeier was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Little Rock on July 25, 1998, at Subiaco Abbey. On July 22, 2022, he was ordained a bishop for St. Augustine, Fla.
