Bishop Anthony B. Taylor will celebrate a Mass to dedicate the new Catholic community in Decatur (Benton County) to Blessed Stanley Rother on Sept. 24. The mission, which formed in 2014, will be the first in the world to be named after the Oklahoma priest and martyr who will be beatified in Oklahoma City on Sept. 23. The new Blessed Stanley Rother Church is made up of roughly 80 parishioners who are immigrants from Guatemala, El Salvador and Mexico.
