The opening Mass for this event will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in Fort Smith on Friday, Oct. 21. The conference continues with programs for children, youth and adults from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22 and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Oct. 23. Bishop Anthony B.
