Responsible for enhancing, planning and executing faith formation programs for youth in grades 7-12, engaging parents, recruiting and training catechists and parishioners, planning, organizing and executing retreats, trips, conferences and fundraising activities, working with parish communications coordinator to prepare promotional material, facilitating youth participation in diocesan events, maintaining budget and representing parish at deanery and diocesan meetings; must be actively involved in a parish, have demonstrated dedication to Church teachings, bachelor of arts degree in Catholic studies or theology, two years experience in religious education, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work nights and weekends with occasional travel
