One of the four Pontifical Mission Societies, the Society for the Propagation of the Faith seeks to awaken and deepen a missionary spirit of prayer and sacrifice for the universal mission of the Church. Promotional activities are carried out year-round with an emphasis on the World Mission Sunday Appeal in October and a Summer Appeal.
