2008 Catholic Charities Golf Classic

Two great events to benefit one great cause — grab your clubs and get ready for the 14th annual Bishop-McDonald-Catholic Charities Golf Classic! 

This year, the golf classic is kicking off with an auction and cocktail party Sunday, Sept. 28 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The party will be at St. John Catholic Center in Little Rock and will feature hors d’oeuvres, music and live and silent auctions. Mass will be celebrated at 5 p.m. in Morris Hall Chapel. All are welcome to the auction and cocktail party, golfers and non-golfers alike. Admission is $20 per person, unless covered by a sponsorship. 

The golf tournament will be Sept. 29 at Maumelle Country Club. Tee times are 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Player registration forms will be sent out in July and will also be available on the diocesan website.

This year’s golf classic is underwritten in part by St. Vincent Health System. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available now through the date of the tournament.

New sponsorship levels added this year are cocktail and auction party sponsor ($5,000), beverage cart sponsor ($2,500) and eagle sponsor ($2,000). Items are also needed for the live and silent auctions.
