A holy hour to pray for Nelson Rubio will be held Friday, Dec. 16 at 5 p.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Little Rock. Bishop Anthony B. Taylor will celebrate the diaconate ordination Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Hot Springs Village.
