Maintenance and Grounds Assistant

16 hours per week; pay without benefits

Primarily responsible for mowing grass and removing weeds; to also assist with internal and external building repairs and upkeep, moving, cleaning, assembling and repairing furniture, collecting and disposing of trash, picking up mail at post office and delivering bulk mailings and setting up rooms for meetings; must have experience operating lawn and maintenance equipment, such as riding mowers and power tools, valid driver's license, clean driving record and ability to perform physical labor
