Responsible for overseeing all parish religious education programs for all ages, which includes sacramental preparation, the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, youth ministry activities, such as retreats, service events and other components of Renewing the Vision, recruiting, empowering and leading volunteers, coordinating and facilitating safe environment program training (VIRTUS) and other duties as assigned by pastor; must have knowledge of and faithfulness to Catholic Church, excellent communication skills, be able to work nights and weekends, have bachelor’s or master’s degree in theology and relevant experience in youth and/or catechetical ministry preferred; fluency in Spanish highly desired
